Tommy Lynn

Tommy Lynn is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Falcon Energy Services Group (Falcon ESG), based in Humble, Texas. He began his career in the Oil & Gas industry in 1997 with W-Industries, where he developed a broad skill set across multiple areas of the business while being mentored by leading industry experts. In January 2015, Tommy transitioned into a business development role, where he played a key part in navigating the company through a challenging market downturn. Leveraging his deep knowledge of engineering, automation, and project management, he also helped expand W-Industries into new markets, driving the company’s growth and positioning it for future success. In September 2018, Tommy co-founded Falcon ESG with his father, Rick Lynn, bringing his wealth of industry expertise and strategic vision to their new venture.
